We were able to walk the land, and we bumped into a couple at lot #2. We asked them if they were our neighbors. They said that they were just looking, and shopping around. They asked if we were doing the same, and Douglas let him know that we were under contract.

Soil Test for Chamber

 Today Bill LaBelle conducted a soil test for us to install a chamber system. Douglas discovered an abandoned birds nest, and some ferns that we hope will come back up in the Spring. We love fiddleheads in Fiore butter flavored olive oil.
